The deadline for electronic paper submissions is April 1, 2026. The mandatory template to prepare your short or long FULL paper (1 to 6 pages) is available here [two column format DOC or LaTeX, adapted from the IEEE article template]. The essential requirement is the use of the template, following the IEEE technical conference content quality guidelines; in brief, the paper must contain the standard elements found in research papers (title, keywords, professional affiliation, abstract, main sections, references), and the length should be at least 1 full page and up to 6 pages.
The submitted papers are definitive and therefore require a single submission within the paper submission deadline.
Full text papers (1–6 pages) are copyrighted by IEEE or IEICE respectively for IEEE APWC papers and ICEAA papers. Papers with either type of copyright, which are accepted, duly registered, and presented at the conference, will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements, unless the author objects during the paper submission process. Papers must be submitted electronically in a PDF file (*.pdf) no larger than 10 MB and containing sufficient information to allow the Scientific Committee to evaluate their contribution. We apply the IEEE scope and quality policy; in particular, one page papers might not be distributed by IEEE Xplore although included in the Conference Proceedings (see above IEEE technical conference content quality guidelines). We also enforce the IEEE no show policy; therefore, each paper must be presented in person at the conference to be included in the IEEE Xplore submission. As per IEEE policy, all full text papers will be reviewed and checked for originality with IEEE CrossCheck [IEEE recommends 70% originality].
Papers must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specifications. To generate an IEEE Xplore compliant PDF document, use the above A4 size template and check your PDF document or convert your document using the free IEEE PDF eXpress service. To access IEEE PDF eXpress, use the link https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/login and use Conference ID: 69870X. IEEE PDF eXpress requires first time users to register.
While submitting a full text paper, you will be asked to electronically generate and submit in PDF format the copyright form for your paper. Full text papers without a valid COPYRIGHT FORM with correct data (conference name, paper number, title, authors’ list) will not be published in the Conference Proceedings. Only the corresponding author will receive a submission acknowledgement. The corresponding author will be notified of acceptance by May 15, 2026.
For a paper to be scheduled for presentation and published in the Conference Proceedings, the work must be associated with a registration to the 2026 ICEAA / IEEE APWC. All works must be presented by one of the authors, and each registered author may present no more than two papers, which may be in the same Conference (ICEAA or APWC) or distributed across the two Conferences. For papers presented by the same author in addition to the first one, there will be an additional cost of 90 euros per paper. The non-refundable registration fee of the presenting author is due by May 30, 2026. Electronic submissions to ICEAA/IEEE APWC are accepted only through the Conference website (and not via e mail).
Prepare the PDF of your paper following the templates reported on this page and using the IEEE PDF eXpress service or other tools that ensure all fonts are embedded and subsetted.
