Dear ICEAA-IEEE APWC 2026 participants,

The registration and payment site is ready; it has been made public at 16:20 on June 1, 2026 (JST). The deadlines are as follows:

  • For presenting authors: June 15, 2026
  • For all other participants: September 7, 2026 (after this date, participants can make registration only onsite during the conference.)

If you are a presenting author, please do complete registration including payment no later than the strict deadline of June 15, 2026. Otherwise, your paper will be removed from the technical program. We remind you that each registered author may present no more than two papers.

The ICEAA-IEEE APWC 2026 is a 100% in-person conference, and virtual presentations are not allowed. Please note that the registration fees are non-refundable.

We very much look forward to seeing you all in Toyama in September 2026 on the occasion of ICEAA-IEEE APWC 2026. Have a nice trip to Toyama!
