Registration
Early registration is required for presenting authors. Early registration is available until Wednesday 1 June 2022. Regular registration fees apply from 2 June onwards (see table below). The registration fee includes attendance of scientific sessions, lunches/coffee breaks and social events. All registrations must be completed online using the link at the bottom of the page.
Please note that registrations can only be accepted by the conference office by Friday 19 August 2022.

All rates are quoted in ZAR (South African Rand). In case you experience difficulty with an EFT payment in ZAR, you may contact Ms Lennox for an invoice in your preferred currency. Kindly note that we may not support all currencies and that this invoice will include a +-12% buffer to account for volatility and additional processing costs.

* Slightly lower registration fees are offered for those with 100% (full-time) South African employment affiliation. This is covered by domestic sponsorship.
Cancellation policy
Any cancellation received in writing by the Secretariat will be subject to the following refund policy:
- 75% of the amount paid if written cancellation is received on or before 13 June 2022.
- No refund if written cancellation is received after 13 June 2022.
- In the event of non-attendance/non-arrival, full payment will remain due and payable – without exception.
- Any applicable refunds will be made after the conference.
- Bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
- In the unlikely case of cancellation of the event, the organisers shall not accept liability for any consequential loss and shall have no liability to reimburse any other costs that may have been incurred, including transport costs, accommodation etc.
- Delegates are encouraged to take out travel insurance when making travel and accommodation arrangement.
Terms and conditions
The organisers have the right to withhold up to 15% of the registration fees as handling fee, if as a result of any events beyond their control (force majeure), the conference has to be cancelled or postponed (war, riots, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.)

LIABILITY
The Conference Secretariat has taken all reasonable care in making the arrangements for the conference. In the event of unforeseen disruptions, neither the conference or CONSULTUS can be held responsible for any losses incurred by delegates. The programme is correct at the time of printing, but the scientific committee reserves the right to alter the programme if and when deemed necessary. The Conference Secretariat acts as an a agent only in securing hotel, transport and travel services, and shall in no event be liable for acts or omissions in the event of injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or by the employees of such contractors. Hotel and transportation services are subject to the Terms and Conditions under which they are offered to the general public. Delegates should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance. The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to make changes as and when deemed necessary, without prior notice to the parties concerned. All disputes are subject to resolution under South African Law.
All accommodation, travel, programme and other arrangements are subject to alteration and cancellation at any time without prior notice, due to factors that are outside of the organizers reasonable control. This will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the organizers. Should such events, such as Force Majeure (e.g. war, earthquake, fire, flood, vandalism, destruction, act of God or of government, legislative enactment or amendment, regulatory interference, strikes, lockouts or any other industrial disputes as well as all other causes beyond the reasonable control of a party) render the organizers unable to deliver such service, the organizers shall not be held responsible. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any damages, and or costs, whatsoever arising from any such alteration or cancellation.
